Paper presented at CICC 2025
A paper on a pipelined TI-SAR ADC was presented at CICC 2025.
We build ultra-low-power interfaces that read faint signals with high precision, using advanced semiconductor integrated circuit technology — circuits that bridge the physical and the cyber world.
Bridging the physical and the cyber world. Using advanced semiconductor integrated circuit technology, we build ultra-low-power interfaces that read faint signals with high precision. CMOS circuit design is the core of our work: together with research institutions in Japan and abroad, we combine heterogeneous chip integration with superconducting devices, sensors, MEMS and photonics to realise compact, high-performance, low-power interfaces.
